**5 Stars: A Symphony of Flavors and Stellar Service at Kaedama** From the moment we stepped into Kaedama, we were greeted by an ambiance that promised a delightful dining experience. The star of the show was undoubtedly the **Tonkatsu Noodles** - each slurp was a harmonious blend of rich broth and perfectly cooked noodles, a true testament to the chef's prowess. The **Vegetarian Gyozas** were a revelation, with their delicate wrappers encasing a flavorful mix of vegetables, proving that meat-free options need not be an afterthought. The **Hot Snacks Miso Ginger with Chopped Cashu** added a zesty kick to our meal, while the **Spicy Edamame** provided a fiery contrast that was both addictive and satisfying. But what truly set Kaedama apart was the service. Our waitress was the epitome of professionalism and warmth, making us feel like honored guests rather than customers. The staff moved with a seamless efficiency that only added to the relaxed atmosphere. In summary, Kaedama is a gem that shines bright in El Paso's culinary scene. Whether you're a noodle aficionado or just in search of a meal that will leave a lasting impression, Kaedama is the place to be. Return customer and service conti.ues to be exemplary and food amazing.

The vibes here are immaculate. Whoever is controlling the playlist, keep it up! Food price is very good value! They have happy hour and deals weekday. The ramen is very salty! For sure need to tone it down on the salt levels.

Very cozy spot with the best ramen I've had in El Paso! This was our first time there, and I was VERY impressed! The pork just melts in your mouth, the broth was superb, and the pork buns were amazing! I definitely recommend you give this place a try.

I've eaten my fair share of Japanese ramen, and I will have to say that this place does a really good job with a lot of things from their broth and noodles to their char siu in their ramen. I've been twice and will go back again. The broth is very rich and thick. I'm not sure if the noodles are handmade the day of, but they were delicious and the perfect doneness for me (not too chewy and not too soft). The char siu on top is simply my favorite. The umami flavor and the smokiness are both on point. We also had the pork buns and I really liked that they added a slaw to it that helped cut the flavor of the fatty meat. My only small gripe about the food would be that the ramen was overall a bit salty for me (but a lot of foods are saltier for me these days past my 20s). A few cons. This place is usually pretty busy (20 min wait min and I don't believe they take reservations) and not baby/toddler friendly (no high chairs or boosters). I believe you have to pay for the parking meters unless you come after 6pm. Overall, I would totally recommend this ramen house.

Ordered the hot babe medium hot. Absolutely loved it! Server was attentive and helpful. Nice atmosphere but very cramped. Parking was horrible. Prices were decent.

Definetly a hidden gem! The food was soooo good and great prices with the large portions. We got kids noodles and it was only 3/per kid. The baby sushi appetizer was so good my kids inhaled it befor we could. The seating is a little tight but we appreciated the heater outside seating. Will be going back!
